Small tortilla
Laughing Cow spreadable cheese
Grilled chicken, sliced
Salsa or chopped tomatoes
Spread the cheese on all of the tortilla
Fill half of the tortilla with chicken, fold over
Press in panini grill or even a George Foreman
Top with salsa or tomatoes
Serve with grilled veggies, green salad, seasoned potatoes
